This is a nice, fairly easy circuit training workout:
Circuit training means that you are doing this non-stop. When you finish one exercise you immediately go to the next. Each circuit should take you about 8-10 minutes.
1. Push ups: 15
2. Free Squats (No weight) 20 reps
3. Jump Rope - 100 jumps
4. Push ups: 15
5. Dumbbell rows (Using relatively light dumbbells) 15 reps
6. Jump Rope - 100 jumps
7. Free Squats: 15
8. Dumbbell Curls: 15 reps (Two arm)
9. Jump Rope - 100 jumps
10. Standing Military Press w/ dumbbells - 10 reps
11. Push ups: 10
This concludes one circuit. Wait 2 minutes and repeat. As your endurance builds, minimize your break time and add more reps. Once you can do 2 circuits relatively easy - add a third and so on.
